Creator Program Manager
About the role
SharkNinja is looking for a Manager, Creator Programs to build and run the infrastructure behind our mid-tier and micro creator ecosystem. This is not an influencer campaign role — it is an operational and relationship role focused on building scalable systems, managing a high-volume creator roster, and turning UGC into a repeatable, high-performing content engine across our brand portfolio.
You will sit at the intersection of social, influencer, and creator commerce — owning the day-to-day operations that make the program run and evolve at global scale.
What you'll own
Creator roster and pipeline: Source, vet, onboard, and manage a portfolio of mid-tier and micro creators across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. Build and maintain an always-on pipeline organized by category, platform, and content type.
Program operations: Own the full creator lifecycle: briefing, contracting, content review, approvals, payment coordination, and off-boarding. Keep timelines and deliverables on track across multiple active programs simultaneously.
UGC infrastructure: Develop and maintain the systems, tools, and processes that allow the team to operate at scale — including creator databases, brief templates, onboarding flows, content libraries, and performance tracking frameworks.
Content quality and compliance: Ensure all creator output meets brand standards, platform guidelines, and legal requirements. Review content against briefs and provide clear, actionable feedback.
Performance reporting: Track creator and program-level KPIs (engagement, content volume, CTR, CVR where applicable). Identify what's working, flag what isn't, and bring a clear point of view on optimization.
Cross-functional coordination: Partner closely with Influencer, Creator Commerce, Paid Media, and Social teams to align creator output with campaign priorities and channel needs. Support boosting and whitelisting workflows where relevant.
What you bring
3–5 years in influencer marketing, creator management, or social operations — ideally at a consumer brand or agency managing high-volume mid/micro creator programs.
Hands-on experience with creator platforms (CreatorIQ, Later/Mavrck, Mavely, or similar).
Strong systems thinker — you build process where there isn't one and improve it where there is.
Excellent communicator with creators and internal stakeholders alike.
Highly organized; comfortable managing multiple programs and deadlines simultaneously.
Familiarity with TikTok Shop, affiliate-adjacent creator models, and UGC content for paid amplification is a strong plus.
What this is not
This role does not manage macro or celebrity influencer relationships. It is not a strategy or campaign planning role. It is the operational engine that makes the creator program scale — the person who builds the infrastructure others rely on.
