About the role:

We are looking for an IT Operations Engineer to build and run IT for our New York City office, giving employees fast, clear help with technical issues and automating the fixes for the ones that repeat. You will help us expand from a co-working space into a new New York City office, and you will get hands-on access to the AI tooling used across the company that most IT roles never see, with encouragement to build automations with it. This is an onsite role based in New York City, five days a week in the office.

What you’ll do:

Build scripts and automations, with AI coding tools, for account setup, device enrollment, and other repeated IT tasks

Help employees in the office and remote troubleshoot technical issues, including hardware, software, and network problems, and prioritize requests in the IT ticketing system, keeping employees updated until each one is resolved

Set up the network, devices, and audio-visual (AV) and conference room technology for our new New York City office

Spot repeated technical issues and automate the fix, manage endpoint devices, user accounts, and access controls, and contribute to technology rollouts and process improvements

Set up equipment and accounts for new hires with the Onboarding team, support AV for all-hands meetings and team events, and own IT documentation

What you need:

5+ years in IT support or a related field, troubleshooting hardware, software, AV, and network issues

Hands-on experience supporting macOS environments, including networking and security

Use AI tools daily to write scripts, draft documentation, and triage requests

Bonus if you:

Supported IT at a growing startup in the AI ecosystem

Used a tool like Serval to automate and triage IT tickets

Built or hosted a project on Vercel

Compensation & Benefits:

Great compensation package and stock options.

Inclusive Healthcare Package.

Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
