Manager, Finance Operations, Procure-to-Pay

As Manager, Finance Operations, Procure-to-Pay, you'll lead the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of our global Procure-to-Pay (P2P) function, supporting teams across North America and Europe. You'll oversee the full P2P lifecycle from vendor onboarding and purchasing through invoice processing, payments, and month-end close, while ensuring strong financial controls, operational excellence, and an exceptional experience for internal stakeholders and vendors alike.

This is a highly cross-functional leadership role where you'll partner with teams across Finance, Procurement, Tax, and the business to streamline processes, scale operations, and leverage automation to make Finance more efficient.

WHAT YOU WILL DO 🏄

Lead our global Procure-to-Pay function

Own the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay process, ensuring efficient, accurate, and compliant operations across North America and Europe.

Lead month-end Accounts Payable activities, including reconciliations, accruals, and payment execution.

Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve service levels, accuracy, and efficiency.

Drive operational excellence

Simplify and optimize finance processes through automation, scalable workflows, and system enhancements.

Act as the Finance Operations subject matter expert for NetSuite P2P workflows, helping shape future improvements and implementations.

Develop and maintain strong internal controls, policies, and documentation to support a growing global business.

Partner across the business

Build trusted relationships with Finance, Procurement, Tax, and business leaders to improve the purchasing and payment experience.

Oversee vendor onboarding and supplier relationships, serving as the primary escalation point for complex issues.

Support audits, compliance initiatives, and sales tax reporting across multiple jurisdictions.

Build and develop a high-performing team

Lead, coach, and develop a global team of Finance Operations professionals.

Foster a collaborative, accountable, and continuous improvement mindset.

Balance team priorities and capacity while helping shape the future of the Finance Operations function.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED 🪄

5+ years of progressive experience in Finance Operations, Accounts Payable, or Procure-to-Pay, including experience leading end-to-end P2P processes.

1–2 years of people leadership experience managing direct reports, with a demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and build high-performing teams. Experience leading distributed or global teams is an asset.

Strong understanding of Accounts Payable operations, internal controls, and procurement best practices.

Hands-on experience working with ERP systems

A track record of improving processes, driving automation, and implementing scalable solutions.

Experience supporting multi-jurisdiction sales tax (GST/HST, US Sales Tax, VAT) is an asset.
