Regional Director, Sales (UKI)
About the UKI Sales Team
The UKI Sales team is building Mixpanel's go-to-market motion in EMEA. We work with customers across a range of industries, moving from a general motion toward a vertical model where reps develop deep expertise in a single industry. This team sits alongside the broader EMEA and global enterprise organisation.
About the Role
This is a hybrid role based in London. As Regional Director for UKI you'll build the operating system for a repeatable, high-performing enterprise motion in one of Mixpanel's key growth markets, while also standing up a GTM structure across dedicated verticals, general verticals, and general business coverage. You'll lead a team of Account Executives, developing reps at different stages of their vertical expertise while directly influencing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals. This role suits a commercially sharp, operationally rigorous leader who's comfortable building in an early-stage, still-maturing market and turning early traction into a scalable region.
Responsibilities
Design the GTM strategy for UK, including the shift toward a vertical coverage model, and build the sales processes and territory strategy that make it repeatable
Own quota attainment and forecast accuracy across the team, with the pipeline health and win-rate discipline to back it up
Partner directly with AEs on large, multi-threaded opportunities, orchestrating executive engagement and acting as the escalation point for strategic accounts
Recruit and coach enterprise sellers at every career stage, and codify what's working into playbooks the team can reuse
Align with Customer Value Architects, Customer Engineering, Marketing, and Partnerships, and represent UK needs in global and EMEA planning
We're Looking For Someone Who Has
Extensive experience in SaaS sales, including several years leading teams with reps at multiple career levels
A track record of leading complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals with large contract values
Direct experience building or scaling sales motion, not just inheriting one that already existed
Strong command of enterprise forecasting, pipeline inspection, and revenue governance
Demonstrated ability to hire and develop sellers at different stages of their careers, and to flex their coaching style accordingly
Executive presence, with the ability to engage credibly at the C-level
Comfort with ambiguity and the judgment to make good decisions without complete information
Experience working in or with UK markets specifically, or comparable international markets
Direct, clear communication style that surfaces problems early rather than letting them sit
Bonus Points For
Experience in analytics, data, MarTech, product analytics, or an adjacent SaaS category
Experience operating inside a US-headquartered global organisation
Exposure to high-growth or early-stage enterprise sales environments
Additional language skills relevant to the UK markets
