About the Team:

The Customer Education team, part of the Revenue Marketing organization, is a growing, passionate team dedicated to putting customers at the center of everything we do. We believe that empowered users are successful users, so we're building scalable, innovative learning experiences that meet customers where they are in the age of AI.

About the Role:

AlphaSense is expanding its enterprise motion, and this role is a foundational part of that transformation. We're looking for a Senior Customer Education Manager to build our enterprise and custom education capability from the ground up, partnering closely with Customer Success, Implementation, and Revenue teams to support the rollout of AlphaSense at our most strategic accounts.

This is not a role that inherits an existing program. You'll define what "great" looks like for enterprise education at AlphaSense: when this resource gets engaged, what a successful engagement looks like, when it ends, and how its impact gets measured. You'll need to operate as a trusted consultant to clients, not just a trainer, helping accounts deploy AlphaSense correctly. That includes building education motions around how customers use our API to embed AlphaSense directly into their existing tech stack, so that accounts still drive meaningful usage and value even when they aren't logging into the platform directly. You'll also help account teams work smarter by taking on the deep, hands-on education work directly, freeing them up to spend their time on relationship building and strategic conversations with key stakeholders.

Who You Are:

8-12 years of experience in customer education, professional services, implementation consulting, or a related enterprise-facing function, ideally at a B2B SaaS company

A true self-starter who is comfortable building a program from ambiguity, defining your own success metrics, and adjusting course as you learn what works

Experienced working cross-functionally with Customer Success, Implementation, and Revenue/Sales teams inside live account engagements, not just from the sidelines

Comfortable enough with technical concepts, including APIs, to translate them into practical guidance for clients and internal teams, without needing to build integrations yourself

Skilled at change management: you know how to build new habits and workflows with account teams, and you don't wait for an invitation to insert yourself into the conversation

A confident, consultative communicator who can act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients and hold your own in conversations about deployment strategy and commercial impact

Comfortable with ambiguity around scope, and skilled at defining boundaries so engagements don't become open-ended account ownership

Data-driven, with the ability to design attribution models and prove ROI for programs that don't yet have established measurement frameworks

What You’ll Do:

Serve as a key member of enterprise account implementations, partnering with Customer Success, Implementation, Lifecycle Marketing and Revenue teams to embed education into how accounts get deployed and adopted

Build and deliver custom and private education programs hands-on for enterprise accounts, tailored to each account's structure, use cases, and goals

Act as a consultative advisor to clients on deployment strategy, helping account stakeholders understand how to roll out AlphaSense effectively, including how to drive adoption of API-based usage where it fits the account's technical stack through educational and change management

Define scoping criteria for engagements, including what triggers education's involvement, what a successful engagement includes, and when the engagement is considered complete, so the team's time is spent where it drives the most impact

Establish repeatable patterns for when and how account teams bring education into an engagement, so this resource becomes a natural extension of how the team scales, giving account teams more time back for relationship building and strategic work

Propose and own the metrics that define success for this program, since no established framework exists yet, and refine them as the function matures

Identify accounts with low platform usage but meaningful API/technical footprint, and design education approaches that grow usage and integration depth in ways that support revenue goals

Partner with the broader Customer Education team on templates and source-of-truth content that can be adapted for enterprise use cases, without duplicating work already happening elsewhere on the team

Travel occasionally to support top accounts and key kickoffs
