Super is one of the largest sports betting operators in the region, running a network of over 1,000 locations across multiple geographies and processing more than 22 million bets per month. As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will join a team with organisation-wide impact and deep connections across multiple engineering areas. In this role, you will help shape systems that power critical functionality across the business and connect multiple engineering domains.

What the role involves

Own the entire product lifecycle, from concept and proposal through to release and ongoing maintenance

Leverage modern technologies including TypeScript, React, Node.js, Vite, PNPM, AWS, and Kubernetes

Mentor teammates to ensure efficient, high-quality task execution and delivery

Drive initiatives to enhance the developer experience, improving workflows and collaboration

Optimise build processes and tooling to boost team productivity

Utilise best-in-class tools including Notion, Jira Cloud, GitHub, Zoom, Lattice, and Slack

What we are looking for

Strong TypeScript skills and experience with Node.js (Fastify preferred) and ideally React or any JS framework

Understanding of multi-tenant architecture and scalable system design

Ability to analyse existing systems, research improvements, and collaborate with product teams and stakeholders

Experience writing comprehensive, effective tests to ensure reliability and maintainability

Familiarity with design systems (e.g. Ant Design, Material Design, Bootstrap)

Experience building and maintaining developer experience (DX) tools to streamline workflows

Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality products

Understanding of software development best practices, design patterns, and performance optimisation techniques

Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment

Nice to have

Experience in the betting or gaming industry

Experience developing back-office applications such as dashboards and CRUD systems with complex data models

Experience building applications with high-frequency, low-latency data changes

Ability to navigate complex domains and business requirements

Track record of building strong relationships with users and stakeholders to enhance software quality
