Sitecore Developer (XM Cloud/SitecoreAI & Content Hub)

We are seeking a Senior/Lead Sitecore Developer to join our team and lead the design, development, and evolution of enterprise digital experience platforms built on the Sitecore ecosystem. This role combines expertise in Sitecore XM Cloud, Sitecore Content Hub, composable DXP architectures, .NET, Azure, and modern DevOps practices to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing digital solutions.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical leader with strong experience across the Sitecore platform, including digital asset management, headless CMS, enterprise integrations, and cloud-native development. You will work closely with architects, product teams, business stakeholders, and engineering leadership to modernize digital experiences and content operations.

Key Responsibilities

Sitecore Development & Architecture

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise digital experience solutions using Sitecore XM Cloud, Sitecore Content Hub, and the broader Sitecore composable ecosystem.

Lead backend development using C#/.NET, building scalable, secure, and maintainable applications and services.

Design and implement headless and composable architectures leveraging Sitecore JSS, Experience Edge, and modern frontend frameworks.

Configure, manage, and optimize Sitecore Content Hub, including Digital Asset Management (DAM), content lifecycle management, and workflow automation.

Support migration and modernization initiatives from traditional Sitecore XP/XM implementations to XM Cloud and composable DXP solutions.

Content Management & Digital Asset Management

Design and optimize enterprise content lifecycle processes.

Configure and enhance DAM capabilities, metadata models, taxonomy, governance, and publishing workflows.

Improve content operations through workflow automation and content governance best practices.

Collaborate with business users to streamline content creation, approval, and delivery processes.

Integrations & APIs

Architect and implement integrations between Sitecore and enterprise platforms, including CRM, ERP, CDP, DAM, PIM, marketing automation, and e-commerce platforms.

Develop and consume REST APIs, GraphQL APIs, web services, webhooks, and event-driven integrations.

Integrate Sitecore Content Hub with CMS platforms and third-party applications.

Cloud & Platform Engineering

Design and implement cloud-native architectures on Microsoft Azure.

Build scalable, resilient, secure, and observable enterprise applications.

Implement best practices around performance, scalability, security, reliability, disaster recovery, and monitoring.

DevOps & Delivery

Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.

Participate in release planning, deployments, and production support.

Contribute to architecture reviews, technical design sessions, and code reviews.

Promote engineering best practices, clean architecture, and software quality.

Leadership

Lead technical initiatives and complex enterprise implementations.

Mentor developers and provide technical guidance across engineering teams.

Collaborate with architects, product owners, business stakeholders, and cross-functional Agile teams.

Drive engineering excellence through best practices and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

Professional Experience

6+ years of hands-on Sitecore development experience.

Proven experience leading enterprise implementations and technical initiatives.

Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Sitecore Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with: Sitecore XM Cloud, Sitecore Content Hub, Sitecore Headless Services, Sitecore Experience Edge, Sitecore JSS, Sitecore Content Serialization (SCS)

Experience designing and implementing: Headless Sitecore architectures, Composable DXP solutions, Digital Asset Management (DAM), Content lifecycle management, Workflow automation, Content governance

Experience with: Sitecore AI capabilities and AI-driven personalization features. Integrating XM Cloud and Content Hub with enterprise platforms and third-party services

Backend Development: Expert-level experience with: C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET 6 / 7 / 8, Entity Framework, Dependency Injection, Microservices, Clean Architecture, Design Patterns, Object-Oriented Design Principles

Frontend: Experience with: Next.js, Sitecore JSS, Modern headless frontend architectures

Cloud & Azure: Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure, including: Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure Storage, Azure Key Vault, Azure Service Bus, Azure API Management, Azure Application Insights, Azure Monitor

APIs & Integrations: Experience designing and integrating: REST APIs, GraphQL APIs, Webhooks, Event-driven architectures

Experience integrating Sitecore with enterprise platforms such as: DAM, PIM, CRM, ERP, Marketing Automation, CDP, E-commerce platforms

DevOps: Experience with:, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Git, CI/CD implementation, Deployment automation
