ABOUT THE ROLE

Suno is hiring a Software Engineer, Trust and Safety, to safeguard the platform millions of creators call home. You'll be the line of defense between our community and the abuse, fraud, and harmful content that threatens it — building the systems that keep Suno a place people can trust with their creativity.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Build systems, data pipelines to observe, measure, detect, and enforce against Trust and Safety violations (legal compliance, content safety, fraud, bot, abuse, impersonation, etc.)

- Build tools and dashboards for operations and investigations

- Investigate data to identify new attack patterns and improve existing solutions

- Work closely with engineering, product, data science, operations and legal teams

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

- 3+ years of experience in Trust and Safety (ex: anti-abuse, bot, content safety, fraud)

- 5+ years of experience with backend development: Python

- 5+ years of experience with data handling: SQL, Snowflake, Dagster, Airflow, etc.

- Experience with building tools, dashboards, statistical analysis, and anomaly detection

- Experience with real-time systems and event-driven architectures

NICE TO HAVE

- ML experience (model development and deployment)

- Experience of behavioral analytics and user journey analysis

- Experience of A/B testing and experimentation

Applicants must be eligible to work in the US. We support H-1B transfers.

COMPENSATION

The annual salary range for this role is $228,960-$363,510 + target equity + benefits (including medical, dental, vision, and 401k)
